New York Videogame Bill Passes Senate In Four Days
A bill in New York State knowing to clamp down on wildness in videogames has stirred from introduction to transit in only four short days.

Senator Lanza's bill, however, would bear no more effect on games such as V-Technical school Violent disorder, which are produced by individuals and "published" on free sites such as Newgrounds, and are therefore not taxable to ESRB ratings. As swell, some sections of the bill appear to contravene First Amendment regulations, going the law undefended to costly court challenges in the future.
