3.) Open the folder of the Local Group Policy Editor and create a desktop shortcut!
The Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32 or %windir%\System32. From here, it is easy to�create�via�right-mouse drag&drop a desktop shortcut.

Please press the [Windows-Logo + R] keyboard combination to start the RUN-Dialog in Windows 10 and enter the command gpupdate /force

Local Group Policy Editor and the Resultant Set of Policy snap-in are available in Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7: Pro, Enterprise, Premium, Professional, Ultimate, MS Windows-Server 2019, 2016, .... to save a Local Group Policy Editor console and choose which GPO opens in it for example from the command line, select the Allow the focus of the GP Snap-in to be changed when run from the command line check box in the Select Group Policy Object dialog box.
